Just 30 minutes a day, 3 times a week can make a massive difference to your health and fitness! We have 10 muscular resistance machines set out in a circuit format. They are designed to strengthen and tone all major muscle groups within the body with added cardio stations in between. This focuses on overall fitness and not just one area. The idea of the circuit is that you are working at 1 minute intervals, the more repetitions you produce in 1 minute the more calories you burn and the more beneficial it is for all round fitness goals.
