    30 minute express circuit is a fab class to take part in, Its an instructor lead class to encourage, motivate and help with your techniques. The workout is based around our unique hydraulic machines.

  • INTERVAL/ GUIDED CIRCUITS

    Focusing on strengthening, endurance, cardiovascular, flexibility and toning exercises, laid out in different types of a circuit format. This class targets all areas of the body!

  • HIIT ABS

    Say bye to that muffin top! A great way to blitz the inches and tone that waistline, focusing on toning exercises that help shape, define and sculpt all areas of the tummy.

  • YOGALATES

    Takes the strength and flexibility exercises of Yoga and combines them with core tightening and strengthening of Pilates . This class will work the entire body and focus more on core work , flexibility and strength.

  • YOGA

    A Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline focusing on breath control, simple meditation and the adoption of specific body postures widely practised for health and relaxing. Also focuses on strengthening and flexibility.

  • DANCERCISE

    A new dance fitness class with easy-to-follow routines. Our fun fitness classes are great for all fitness levels.

  • HIIT FIT

    30 minute workout which uses short bursts of intense exercise followed by measured rest periods to get your metabolic rate up and raised for up to 36 hours after each workout!

  • BOXROX

    A medium intensity easy to follow non contact aerobic class incorporating boxing and kickboxing movements , A great toning and cardio workout, also great for stress busting!

I love the fact that you can exercise at your own pace with no pressure to do more than you want BUT that you can ask for help & advice if you want to. An added bonus is that the way the Circuit works means no-one “hogs” a particular machine which was a real pain at other gyms I used. It’s also the only one I know that includes exercise classes for no extra charge. I’d recommend this friendly & effective Gym to any lady out there who might be hesitating about taking the first step back to fitness :-)
